Expertise spans global, regional, and operating company roles, as well as diverse cultures and markets with agility and insight.

RODRIGO AMEZCUA
CREATIVE & AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE

Accomplished hospitality business professional with a 15-year career managing the operation, growth, and optimization of diverse businesses within the digital and analog hospitality industry, such as management, marketing, customer experience, and customer services consulting.

Inspired by creative processes, storytelling, and the conceptualization of projects, particularly if socially responsible, community-based, and collaborative-approached.

ROBERTO PINZÓN
OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS

Prominent Colombian advertiser, founder and CEO of Armadillo Azul, an advertising agency with over 15 years of presence in the Latin American market.

His leadership has been key in the development of 360° communication strategies for leading brands such as Synlab, Solistica, PayU, IFX, FEMSA, and Bamboo. With a solid education from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University and 15 years of experience in the industry.

ALEJANDRO LOZANO
TALENT MANAGEMENT

Grammy nominee, music producer, guitarist, and founder of the Colombian rock band Superlitio, with more than 25 years of existence. Four independent albums, including the multi-award-winning Tripping Tropicana (produced by Tweety González, the same behind Fito Páez and Gustavo Cerati).

Superlitio has performed with artists such as Juanes, Café Tacuba, Julieta Venegas, Control Machete, Babasónicos, Molotov, Aterciopelados, and Manu Chao.
